Rare, first edition, hardcover, in good condition. The Story of African Seaport being the history of the port and borough of Durban, the seaport of Natal.  The book has the bookplate ex libris Frikkie Botha to the front paste down. The book appears to have been rebound with the original front cover and spine showing.  The binding of the book is firm with some wear to the right of the front cover which shows some nicks. Front and title pages show some foxing but internally, pages are clean and bright. From pages 177 – 204 there are number of advertisements of Durban and Natal businesses. This is a scarce book. Please see photos provided as these serve to reflect the condition in conjunction with details provided.
