Reprinted due to demand for copies of this valuable book on early Durban history which had long been out of print and very scarce. Externally, the dust jacket is a little rubbed and has a small tear on the front at the top on the left. The dust jacket also shows some minor foxing. Publisher's original boards in very good condition and binding is tight. Internally, inside cover and opening pages and chart have minor foxing but the remaining pages are bright and clean.
