Rare, second and revised edition, hardcover, in good condition. Only 10,000 copies printed. Publisher's original decorative, hardcover, leopard skin effect cloth binding. Complete with illustrations, maps and plans. Full of period adverts and interesting information. This is a scarce book and provides a fascinating insight into Rhodesia in the 1920's. Externally, the covers are a little faded with some bumping to the head and tail of spine and edges of the covers, with some slight wear to the cloth. Internally, the front and back hinges are cracked (see pictures) but the binding is still firm with internal pages secure. Pages 225/226 and 417/418 are missing. Otherwise, pages are bright and clean with occasional foxing. Please see photos provided as these serve to reflect the condition in conjunction with the condition details provided.
